We will evaluate the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement. Please note that we do not offer refunds for damages that occur during shipping as all products are shipped with safety measures in place.

Once an order has been placed, changes can only be made before payment is processed. After payment, no changes can be made to the order. Please review your order carefully before proceeding to payment.
